Lateral Empowerment Program
The purpose of the program is to bring attention to and highlight the affects that Lateral Violence has and can have on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people wishing to elevate/ succeed in their careers. The program provides participants with reflective tools to enable understanding of experiences, identify grounding values, but more importantly to instil principles of Lateral Empowerment into our daily lives to contribute towards elevating selves and others.
